Global Labour Leaders Seal 31 Agreements To Boost Jobs, Training Opportunities
The Global Labor employment Market Conference (GLMC), has experienced the signing of 31 agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) between various entities, intending to provide thousands of training opportunities and tasks for the global workforce. This was signed at the 2nd edition of the GLMC 2025, released in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, employment by His Excellency Engineer Ahmad Bin Salman Alrajhi, the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, in addition to 40 labour ministers. According to the ministers, these efforts will focus on qualifying diverse groups, such as new graduates, ladies, and people with disabilities, for appropriate employment through specialised training programmes, including development, instructional efforts, leadership preparation, and knowledge-sharing partnerships

Highlighting the significance of these arrangements, Alrajhi said “These figures highlight the urgent requirement to develop comprehensive methods to attend to these common challenges efficiently.” “Transforming them into opportunities, eventually we can all collaborate to guarantee the prosperity of our economies, communities, and workforces.” The minister also kept in mind that the contracts focus on boosting operational effectiveness, promoting development, and driving value creation in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. Key entities associated with these arrangements include the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD), the International Labour Organization (ILO), Takamol Holding, INSEAD, UiPath, Bella Vista Institute of College, the Saudi Logistics Academy, the Ministry of Tourism, employment and Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
The GLMC’s MOU will see several notable cooperations emerged. INSEAD will offer scholastic services, while partnerships with Space Faculty and ProFun will check out development and understanding sharing. Bella Vista Institute and the Saudi Logistics Academy will deliver customized training programs concentrated on management advancement and capacity building. The Ministry of Tourism tattooed MoUs with Marriott Hotels and Arabian Airports to establish labor force certifications and training initiatives. Princess Nourah University partnered with SEA Ventures to foster entrepreneurship development.
